At OTR – Over the Rainbow, our mission is to create safe, affirming, and judgment-free spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, supported, and valued. We are committed to uplifting LGBTQ+ individuals, youth, justice-involved individuals, and those experiencing housing instability through community-centered programs rooted in compassion, lived experience, healing, and empowerment. Through peer support, outreach, wellness initiatives, mentorship, and recovery-focused services, we strive to meet people where they are while helping them build stability, confidence, connection, and hope for a brighter future.
We believe everyone deserves access to support, dignity, belonging, and the opportunity to thrive — because life gets better over the rainbow.

Housing & stability
We provide transitional housing, food, and clothing assistance to those experiencing housing instability, ensuring basic needs are met for a fresh start.
Life skills & development
Our life-skills programming empowers individuals with essential tools for independence, confidence, and long-term success.
Emotional support & community
We offer a safe, affirming space with emotional support and community connections, fostering a sense of belonging for all.
Resource access & navigation
We connect individuals to vital resources, offering guidance and advocacy to navigate complex systems and access necessary aid.
